- to frequently and consistently add new products of interest to our customers - we are constantly looking for new “how-to” DVDs and CDs

- to take seriously customer reviews of products…if a product is getting consistently poor reviews, we will remove it from our site
- to do everything we can to keep prices as low as possible – we may not always have the lowest price in the world on every item we list, but we will do the best within our means
